Nebulisers
The nebuliser is the component that actually creates the aerosol and therefore forms the heart of the entire system. The liquid to be inhaled is poured into the nebuliser and then atomised to produce an extremely fine mist. An opening at the bottom of the nebuliser allows compressed air to be introduced via the connecting tube. The aerosol produced in the nebuliser chamber is dispensed through the mouthpiece opening and can be inhaled through an attached mouthpiece or a mask.

Sterilisers
– Hot air: Stainless-steel exterior structure. Interior structure, two adjustable shelves, the door and inner door fully constructed in stainless steel. Interior structure and door fitted with non-toxic silicone rubber gasket, insulated with fibreglass. Sheathed stainless-steel heating element. Lockable. The electrical system is insulated and protected, coated in silicone. Timer from 0 to 120 minutes that switches the unit off at the end of the programmed time.
– Electric forced-air: Stainless steel, including the hollow-core door, heavily insulated with insulating material. Interior chamber constructed entirely in stainless steel, heavily reinforced, heat and corrosion resistant at high temperatures. Interior shelves in stainless steel, height-adjustable. Lockable. To ensure temperature uniformity within the heating chamber and allow air circulation, the unit is equipped with an internally mounted wired fan inside the protective casing, which runs continuously both during the heating cycle and during cooling pauses. The electrical system is insulated and protected by the silicone gasket.
– Electronic hot air: Stainless-steel exterior structure. Interior structure, two adjustable shelves, the door and inner door fully constructed in stainless steel. Interior structure and door fitted with non-toxic silicone rubber gasket, insulated with fibreglass. Lockable. Adjustable tunnel ventilation, positioned on the right side at the bottom and the left side at the top, for the regulation and circulation of hot air, useful for rapid cooling of the unit.
– Heat sealer: A state-of-the-art product, designed to reduce sealing time and monitor weld quality.
– Steam autoclaves: Materials are processed. Operator cycle intervention or manipulation is possible to prevent any type of human error. The set temperatures for the RT42 are 134 °C and 121 °C. The 134 °C cycles are normally used for the sterilisation of solid and ferrous materials. The 121 °C cycles are used for heat-sensitive materials. Operating cycles: 1 sterilisation cycle at 134 °C, 1 sterilisation cycle at 121 °C. All pre-heating and drying phases of sterilisation are automated.
– Sterilisation rolls and pouches: These devices are used in medical, hospital, dental, veterinary, cosmetic, podiatry and all other settings where steam or gas sterilisation is carried out. They are made from a composite material of plastic (polyester, polypropylene) and special medical paper, resistant and with high protection against moisture bacteria. The inks used are water-based; colour-change indicators are present every 10 cm on the rolls and individually on each pouch. The indicators are used for steam or gas sterilisation.
