The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, sounds, animations, software, texts, and the information and contents included on behalf of the company are protected by Spanish legislation on intellectual and industrial property rights in favour of the company's registered name, and no reproduction and/or publication, whether total or partial, of the website is permitted, nor its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation or decompilation, nor any other rights legally recognised to its owner, without the prior written permission thereof.

The user may exclusively use the material appearing on this website for personal and private use, and its use for commercial purposes or for unlawful activities is prohibited. All rights derived from intellectual property are expressly reserved by ORLA.

ORLA will ensure compliance with the above conditions as well as the proper use of the contents presented on its web pages, exercising all civil and criminal actions available to it in the event of infringement or breach of these rights by the user.

3. Protection of Personal Data

Within the framework of compliance with the current legislation set out in Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, with regard to the processing of personal data, the fundamental freedoms and rights of natural persons, and in particular their honour and personal privacy, ORLA informs users that: ORLA has adopted the technical and organisational measures as required by current regulations.

The Personal Data collected by ORLA is subject to automated processing and is duly registered with the Data Protection Agency, owned by the company. Personal data obtained through the domain name registration form is transferred to the competent national or international registering authority or body. The purpose of this transfer is solely and exclusively to fulfil purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor (the company) under the contract, i.e., the registration of the domain name. The collection and automated processing of Personal Data is for the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship that may be established with ORLA, as well as carrying out tasks of information, training, commercialisation (always identified as such) and other activities specific to the company.

ORLA has adopted appropriate security levels for the data provided and has also installed all technical means and measures available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of the data provided to it. The user may, at any time, exercise the rights recognised by the LOPD: access, rectification, cancellation and opposition.

4. Miscellaneous

A.- ORLA uses cookies that will be stored on the computer. Cookies are small files that our computer sends to yours, but they do not provide us with information either about your name or any personal data about you. The cookies we use cannot read data from your computer or read cookies that exist on your computer.

To this end, all information sent TO ORLA'S CLIENTS for the purpose of maintaining the existing contractual relationship between the client and the company, as well as for the purpose of providing information, training and other activities specific to the service contracted by the client with the company, shall not be considered commercial communications.

E.- ORLA is not responsible for any breach of any applicable regulations that the user may commit when accessing the company's website and/or using the information contained therein.

F.- ORLA shall not be liable for any damage or loss, of whatever nature, arising from the use of the information, content and programmes incorporated in this website. Links and hypertext that enable the user to access, through the company's website, services and products offered by third parties are neither owned by nor under the control of the company; the company is not responsible for the content contained therein nor for any effects that may arise from such information.

G.- ORLA is not responsible for the illegitimate use that third parties may make of brand names, product names or trademarks appearing on the company's website that are not its property. Nor does it accept responsibility for the integrity, truthfulness and legality of the content of links to websites accessible from the company's website.

H.- ORLA is not responsible for viruses originating from a telematic transmission infiltrated by third parties (for example, word processor macros, Java applets and ActiveX programs), generated with the aim of producing negative results for a computer system.
