Insausti carts are designed to improve efficiency and increase productivity. Insausti medical carts offer flexible and creative storage, as well as enhanced capacity for healthcare professionals. Created for specific functions and for a high storage capacity.
Manufacturing quality is high, as carts are assembled following a strict process at our Esquíroz plant. For this reason they are long-lasting. In addition, Insausti offers a 3-year warranty on medical carts, from the date of purchase.
Insausti was founded in 1985, equipping its first hospitals in the Pamplona area. Five years later the company launched its catalogue across all of Spain, and in 1994 began exporting, opening markets in Portugal and France. In the current century the company has continued its international expansion and developed new innovation-based products, culminating in a new 2,000 m² factory in Esquíroz. Over the last six years the company has launched the series-100 medication-distribution carts and the SQ square carts — the brand's latest success.

Technical specifications
Colours: A choice of 6 drawer-front colours is available to customise the different areas of the hospital.
Work surface: We equip the most demanding hospitals and meet all hygiene requirements. Insausti offers a single polyethylene (PE) work surface. It resists the main chemical products used in hospitals: alcohol, detergents, disinfectants, and chlorhexidine. This work surface represents a technical innovation in the medical-cart sector.
Monoblock structure: Made from AISI-304 stainless steel. It is a compact, robust structure manufactured through a joining process using TIG welding and stainless-steel rivets. The solidity of this structure ensures that Insausti carts withstand use without technical issues and remain as good as new over time.
Drawers: Two types are available: 1. SQ square drawers. For the SQ square cart, 480 × 480 mm. Polypropylene (PP) drawers, manufactured in a single piece with slots for optional dividers, in 2 colours. 2. ISO drawers, 600 × 400 mm. Within this type there are two models: FOR THE SINGLE CART 640 × 480 mm and FOR THE DOUBLE CART 900 × 630 mm. Both are ISO ABS drawers in standard dimensions per ISO 3394, making them compatible and interchangeable with ISO hospital furniture that uses this system.
Dimensions: Three standard cart sizes are available: 1. SQ square cart, 480 × 480 mm. 2. Single ISO cart, 640 × 480 mm. 3. Double ISO cart, 900 × 630 mm. A single design and aesthetic line for all areas of the hospital.

These are static carts for use in medical-care areas. They are used in cardiology, traumatology, neurology, outpatient clinics, diagnostics, wound care, blood collection, dentistry, and veterinary settings.
In this cart type we offer all 3 sizes: the SQ square cart, which depending on the model has more or fewer drawers and comes in white and blue; the Series-300 single cart, available in a variety of colours with a variable number of drawers; and the Series-300 double cart, with the same number of drawers and a choice of four colours.

These are static carts for use in medical-care areas. They are used in the emergency department, operating theatre, post-anaesthesia recovery unit (PACU), and ICU.
In this cart type we offer 2 sizes: the Series-300 single cart, which varies in height and colour; and the Series-300 double cart, which varies in height, colour, and number of drawers, with some models featuring small-box dispensers and lateral supports.
