Privacy Policy

SALVADOR NAVARRO, S.L., with Tax ID (CIF): B41406711 informs through its website www.salvadornavarro.net about its privacy policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data of any party with whom it maintains a relationship that requires the processing of their data.

Operations, management and technical procedures carried out in an automated or non-automated manner that enable the collection, storage, modification, transfer and other actions on personal data are considered personal data processing, without prejudice to what is indicated in section 4 of this policy.

DATA PROCESSING

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The legal basis for the processing of Personal Data shall be that arising from the contractual or pre-contractual relationship, employment or any other relationship that requires data processing, such as express consent.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When receiving communications through these means (emails, automated form response messages, and other communication systems), we inform you that messages are addressed exclusively to their recipient and may contain privileged or confidential information. If you are not the indicated recipient, you are hereby notified that the unauthorised use, disclosure and/or copying is prohibited under current legislation.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and Directive 2002/58/EC, we inform you that if you do not wish to receive commercial communications and information through this electronic communication system, please let us know via the same channel, indicating in the subject line "UNSUBSCRIBE FROM COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS", so that your personal data can be removed from our database. Your request will be processed within 10 days of being sent. If we do not receive an express reply from you, we will understand that you accept and authorise our company to continue sending such communications.

DATA CONTROLLERS

In compliance with current Data Protection legislation, we inform you that the personal data you voluntarily provide to us through any of our information collection methods will be incorporated into automated and/or manual processing, with SALVADOR NAVARRO, S.L. being the Controller of such processing. Data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation to do so.

Furthermore, it declares and guarantees that it maintains the security levels for the protection of personal data as required by current legislation, and has put in place all technical means available to it to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access and theft of data provided by individuals, and to ensure that its employees observe these requirements, as well as the duty of confidentiality regarding the protected data and other current confidentiality obligations.

Data will be retained for as long as the relationship that generates such processing lasts, or for the number of years necessary to fulfil legal obligations. Once the relationship that justifies the processing of data has ended, such data will be blocked in accordance with the regulations; once the legally established period has elapsed, the data will be deleted. (See the retention period for each purpose below.)

Data protection regulations confer upon the data subject the following rights:

  • The right to withdraw any consent previously given.
  • Right of access: To know what type of data is being processed and the characteristics of the processing being carried out.
  • Right of rectification: To request the modification of data that is inaccurate or untrue.
  • Right to portability: To obtain a copy in an interoperable format of the data being processed.
  • Right to restriction of processing in cases where you consider it unnecessary.
  • Right of erasure: To request the cessation of data processing and its deletion when it is no longer necessary to retain it.

The communication must include the following information: The user's name and surname(s), the request, their address and supporting documentation.

The exercise of rights must be carried out by the user themselves. However, they may be exercised by a person authorised as the legal representative of the person concerned. In such a case, documentation proving this representation of the interested party must be provided.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

We detail below the purposes of data processing carried out by some or all of the Data Controllers listed above:

  • EMPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT: Management of the employment relationship with employees; processing of data necessary for maintaining the employment relationship: payroll management, training, etc. Data provided will be retained for the periods set out in tax and employment legislation and as necessary to fulfil legal obligations.
  • TAX AND ACCOUNTING MANAGEMENT: Management of data necessary for the fulfilment of the company's tax and accounting obligations. Data will be retained for the periods set out in tax legislation.
  • CLIENT MANAGEMENT: To provide the contracted services and invoice for them. Data provided will be retained for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the number of years necessary to fulfil legal obligations.
  • MANAGEMENT OF POTENTIAL CLIENTS / CONTACTS: Management of client data necessary to send them advertising related to our products and services via any available means, to send service and/or product quotes, and to invite them to events of interest. Data provided will be retained until you request the cessation of such processing.
  • RECRUITMENT / HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT: Management of the data of participants in recruitment processes and management of all CVs and other information provided by job candidates, and to keep them informed of the various job vacancies that arise in our organisation. Data provided will be retained until a job is filled or until the right to erasure is exercised (not exceeding one year in any case). The candidate may at all times object to or limit the scope of the processing of their data.
  • REPAIR CONTROL MANAGEMENT: Management of data contained in repair reports completed upon the conclusion of an assignment for the purpose of its registration and invoicing. Data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil contractual and/or legal obligations.
