Cardiology

This continuous improvement has allowed us to set new standards over time. Our cardiophon 2.0 stethoscope has been developed specifically for cardiology. It is suitable for precise auscultation in both adults and children.
We carry two types of monitors manufactured by German brand Riester. First, the ri-medic automated blood pressure monitor, designed for worldwide clinical use and built to deliver fast, reliable readings. The second is the ri-cardio 24-hour automated blood pressure monitor, which provides valuable diagnostic data that cannot be obtained with a conventional sphygmomanometer in hospital or at home. It also captures temporal fluctuations in blood pressure, both at night and at dawn.

Ophthalmology
Our ophthalmoscopes feature cutting-edge LED technology, providing an energy-efficient light source while reducing costs for efficient diagnosis.
The new illumination incorporated in our ophthalmoscopes ensures bright, colour-neutral lighting. Colour differentiation is also markedly improved, allowing more accurate diagnosis compared with halogen or xenon lamps.
We offer two ophthalmoscopes — the All Pupil II indirect ophthalmoscope and the ri-scope® L ophthalmoscopes — both delivering clear, high-contrast images of the fundus with first-class optics.
Our ri-scope® L retinoscope features renowned optics, glare reduction and is available with Xenon illumination and a wide variety of power sources. The Schiötz tonometer offers high precision for the measurement of intraocular pressure.
We work with three loupe systems: SuperVu Galilean binocular loupes, SuperVu HiRes Galilean binocular loupes and XL Advantage binocular loupes. A magnified image simplifies your work and keeps the patient more at ease by increasing the working distance. The result is better patient care: multiple magnification levels allow superior visibility and earlier identification of problems. The latest addition is the K-LED portable loupe illumination system — one of the smallest and lightest available today, fully portable, ideal for surgical and dental use, with coaxial illumination for shadow-free visibility.

Our otoscopes — the ri-scope® L and e-scope® otoscopes — feature fibre-optic illumination that delivers high-resolution, high-contrast images in a compact form factor for precise diagnosis.
The laryngopharyngoscope provides detailed, high-contrast images and excellent optical performance. The nasopharyngoscope combines high-resolution imaging with high-precision mechanical components, ensuring a long service life.
All these instruments require compatible power sources for ENT equipment, endoscopes and laryngoscopes. We offer chargers and rechargeable batteries with the latest generation technology.

Dermatology
Dermatology encompasses all diseases of the skin, hair and nails. At Salvador Navarro we ensure that the most important requirements for instruments — reliable diagnosis and effective treatment — are fully met. The key priorities are optimal illumination and the best possible magnification with absolutely precise sharpness.
Our dermatoscopes, also known as reflected-light microscopes, assist in the diagnosis of skin cancer and other conditions such as alopecia, inflammatory skin lesions, parasite infestations and the differentiation of foreign bodies.
We offer the most advanced technology to provide clinicians with new solutions at all times, ensuring optimal application and the best conditions for reliable diagnosis.
Headlamps are increasingly used in dermatology — in procedures such as endoluminal varicose vein treatment, surgical interventions and more. The recent innovation of polarisation filters in our products has been very well received by the medical community: these filters eliminate reflections, enabling significantly more differentiated evaluation — for example in sclerotherapy.
Examination lamps are a critical illumination system for efficient workflows in virtually every clinic. Our examination lamps stand out for their excellent colour rendering. They can be used on a mobile stand or installed as a fixed table or wall mount. They provide optimal support particularly in dermatology, as well as in general medicine and surgery for evaluating treatment progress or removing sutures.
